An environment and development professional, Anton Earle leads teams in water management and development internationally, facilitating the interaction between governments, the private sector and other stakeholders for risk-reduction for infrastructure investments and climate-resilient development.

He is experienced in ESG at the inter-state level in Africa, the Middle-East and East Asia. He has over 20 years’ experience in capacity-building, applied research and policy formation initiatives around topics such as water infrastructure finance, transboundary water governance, gender equality, climate change resilience; and stakeholder participation and inclusion, with a long-term objective of establishing the foundations for investments in water and energy resources.
